1.2 Swiftron offers innovative AI-powered solutions tailored to elevate the online presence for businesses. Our flagship offering is a dynamic chatbot seamlessly integrated into your website, providing real-time responses to user inquiries by leveraging the site's content.

2. Services

2.1 Swiftron provides an intelligent chatbot solution designed to enhance the functionality of the client's online platform. Our chatbot utilizes advanced AI algorithms to interpret and respond to user queries based on the content available on the client's website.

2.2 While we strive for accuracy and reliability, Swiftron assumes no liability for the veracity or legality of the responses generated by the chatbot. We explicitly disclaim responsibility for any inaccuracies, misrepresentations, or erroneous product information provided by the chatbot.

2.3 Swiftron does not guarantee continuous availability or uptime for the chatbot service. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service without prior notice, although we will endeavor to communicate any changes effectively.

3. Use of Services

3.1 Clients are entitled to a one-time credit of €5 upon commencement of service. Billing operates on a pay-as-you-go basis, facilitated through Stripe payment processing.

3.2 Clients may terminate their contract with Swiftron at any time, with charges applied only for actual service usage.

3.3 Clients are responsible for ensuring that the utilization of the chatbot service complies with all applicable legal requirements within their jurisdiction.

4. Data Protection

4.1 Swiftron adheres to stringent data protection standards outlined in our privacy policy. Upon contract initiation, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) will be established to formalize data processing terms.

5. Disclaimer

5.1 Swiftron shall not be held liable for any damages or legal liabilities arising from the use of the chatbot service, including but not limited to incorrect or unlawful statements made by the chatbot.

5.2 Clients are responsible for verifying the accuracy and legality of information provided by the chatbot and for ensuring compliance with all relevant legal frameworks within their jurisdiction.

6. Final Provisions

6.1 Amendments or additions to these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing to be valid.

6.2 In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and a substitute provision shall be enacted to achieve the closest possible economic effect.

6.3 These Terms and Conditions are governed by German law.
